The higher the thickness, the higher the tensile strength and cost per roll. We have a variety of hand rolls, machine tapes and retail hand rolls available. 

Economy hand rolls: Stylus PP98 and Stylus PP99 are our budget acrylic packaging tapes, available only in clear and suitable for light duty packaging. Stylus PP101 is our economy acrylic packaging tape, available in clear and brown colours. 

General purpose hand rolls: Nachi PP101 is available in a range of sizes in both clear and brown. The premium grade OPP film used in Nachi PP101 is suitable for medium weight packaging.

Long length: If you’re looking for efficiency, our Smartape PP150 is the perfect fit for you. The extra long 150m length roll means less roll changes and the small core takes up less space per carton. It’s to be used with the H150 Smartape Low Noise Dispenser.

Retail packed: These retail ready acrylic packaging tapes are labelled and barcoded. Smartape Serrated Edge is in a pack of 2 rolls and is hand tearable, with no blade required to cut. Nachi PP505 is a general purpose acrylic packaging tape for medium duty applications and Nachi 625 is an industrial grade tape suitable for heavy duty applications. Both Nachi PP505 and Nachi 625 have individually packaged and barcoded rolls. 

Machine rolls: Our machine rolls are for use with carton sealing machines, allowing for fast and efficient packaging lines. Smartape PP103 is a 1000m general purpose packaging tape suitable for medium duty packaging and PP104 is an industrial grade machine roll tape suitable for heavy duty applications and comes in 1000m and 2000m lengths.

Storage and handling

The best way to store acrylic tape is by keeping it in its original packaging, as this will help to protect it. Avoid placing the tap in direct sunlight, remembering that a cool, dry place is the best storage option, with a temperature range between 18°C and 22°C.
