How to get your tape printed?
Submit your enquiry: We want you to speak directly to one of our adhesive tape experts to ensure you get the tape that meets your specifications. We can also handle any of your questions or offer advice if you need clarification on which tape products may suit your needs.

Quote: Once we know which custom printed tape meets your needs, we’ll provide a quote for you. If you are an end-user, your order and quote will be processed through one of our distributors.
Artwork approval: Before we start printing tape, our graphic design team will build your negative and printing plate for your approval. We will send you a sample so you can see what the final product will look like, and we’ll move forward if you’re ready.
Production: Our in-house printers will start the custom print project once we receive your approval. From this point, it can take 10-14 business days.
Delivery: Your custom printed tapes are delivered across Australia and New Zealand.

For new orders the order will take ten to fifteen working days after the artwork is approved.
For repeat orders, the order will take seven to ten working days.
The minimum order is one carton. However, the amount of tape rolls per carton will depend on the product itself and the size of the rolls.
If you want to order less than one carton, get in touch with the Stylus Tapes team to discuss your options. A surcharge will be applied to orders that don't meet the minimum quantity guidelines.
The price will depend on the type of tape you want and the size of the roll. It will also depend on the number of colours printed and the number of rolls ordered, with the price per roll reducing the more you order.
You may pay additional fees for reverse printing, block charges per colour for a new order, PMS colour matching, or flood coating.
We offer PMS colour matching, which allows us to print over 1000 colours, excluding fluorescent or metallic shades. All of our custom printed tapes also have standard printing colours, and you can discuss your options with our team of experts here.
We stock a wide range of sizes for every tape we sell. These vary in width from 18.77mm to 150mm. Length-wise, rolls vary from 48m to 100m for hand rolls and between 490mm and 1000m for machine rolls. Ultimately, the size depends on the tape product you choose.
Yes. With the exception of our paper tapes, all of our custom printed tapes can have a special background colour applied via flood coat. For an additional fee, a flood coat covers the entire width and length of the tape to establish your chosen background colour, and then a second ink is used on top to print the logo or brand name.
The most effective way to ensure strong adhesion is to apply your custom printed tape to a clean, dry surface.
If you using hand rolls a dispenser will be the quickest and most efficient way to complete the task. A dispenser will ensure the tape unrolls smoothly and is applied without air pockets.
Press firmly as it dispenses to avoid bubbles. To protect the adhesive, store your rolls of tape in a cool, dry place. Additionally, beware of over-tensioning during application, which can reduce the adhesive's strength.
The most straightforward option is to purchase tape from our eco-friendly range. Our eco-friendly tapes are recyclable or compostable, so there's no need to worry about their footprint.
Many of our tapes are machine tape length and with automated packaging machines. There are also several suitable for use in a tape dispenser, so when your machine pallet wraps are complete, it's simple to apply tape.
